This repository is both a reusable template and a reference implementation for adopting Open Source and/or Human-AI Collaboration standards.

The standard separates the operational layer (the repository, kept short and dense) from the knowledge layer (this site, where long-form explanations and use cases live). The goal is a baseline that stays useful for both humans and AI tools across years, not weeks.
